I haven’t received the pants!! Very poor customer service experience. My exchange request was approved on April 26 for a simple size change from 38 to 36, and after more than two weeks, I still haven’t received anything or gotten any proper response despite contacting you multiple times through email, Instagram, and Facebook.
What’s even worse is that I received a review request email as if the order was successfully delivered, while I’m still waiting for my exchange and being asked to pay extra for it.
Extremely disappointing communication and handling of customers.
