- Do you exchange?

Yes, we offer easy and fast exchanges. You can fill in the exchange form found on our website, or simply by scanning the QR code on the tag attached to the clothing item, which will lead you directly to the exchange form. 

However, if the tags are ripped or taken off the item, the exchange will not be applicable anymore.

 

- Do you allow refunds?

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you wish to request a refund or exchange, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. Please make sure that items are unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags.To begin the process, just visit our website and click on the "Exchange" button. Our team is here to help and will respond within 1-2 business days. Thank you for shopping with us!

 

- How long does delivery take?

For local orders, shipping takes 1-4 working days. For international orders, shipping takes 3-7 working days

 

- Can I open the package or try it on before giving the courier the fees?

Unfortunately, you cannot! The couriers are not allowed to return with an open package. Please pay your fees to the courier and let us know if you’d like to exchange your item.

 

- How do I get my order as fast as possible?

Keep an eye on your phone, our shipping company contacts you before heading your way. If you don’t respond they reschedule your order. Also make sure you write the correct and accurate address, it makes the process a lot easier & faster.

 

- How do I know my size?
